Kerala Nadvathul Mujahideen (KNM) is an Islamic organization in Indian state of Kerala, Founded on 20 April 1950 to provide orthodox Islamic beliefs to Muslims of Kerala. The Kerala Nadvathul Mujahideen considered as a Salafi Muslim organization. Its founding principle was the unity of Muslims based on the message of Quran and the teachings of Prophet Muhammed in accordance with 'Salafi Manhaj' (The path of the Salafu Salih). The Kerala Nadvathul Mujahideen formed as consequence of renaissance activities of scholars and clerics like Sheikh Hamadani Thangal, K.M. Moulavi and Vakkom Moulavi for Kerala Muslim renaissance. Kerala Nadvathul Mujahideen is considered as a the successor of "Kerala Muslim Aikhya Sangam",the first Muslim organization in Kerala, formed in the year of 1924.
